The New Mexico Start-Up Factory has partnered with NMSU’s Arrowhead Center and Sandia National Laboratories to bring you an exciting, new lineup of Lunch & Learn events focused on financing for entrepreneurs and start-ups. Session 2 focuses on educating entrepreneurs and start-ups on the foundation of early-stage capital raising specifically the SEED Round and Series A Round details.
The focus of this event is focused on creating and understanding a mechanism of thought behind opening a SEED and Series A funding round from both the Entrepreneur and the Investor’s perspective.
This lunch and learn will focus on the following:

- Structure of the financing needed
- Valuation Models
